another day in paradise: Sunday Temazcal

my family and I are just getting back to casa brisa del rio after a super beautiful temazcal:

Our Sunday tradition of praying, offering, and serving together. I am so grateful for our elders who keep this way of living alive, and to be walking this path with my family.

Temazcal is a tradiotnal Mexican sweat bath, that woks with the 4 elements to cleanse mind, body, and spirit. Our elder pours water, and we use song, drum, and rattle to make a collective unified prayer.
